Template Configuration

After an asset or system template is assigned to an equipment the configuration of the asset starts. As a first step, the assets belonging to the system is configured either by inheriting a defined structure of assets from the Asset Location Hierarchy structure or by performing a manual selection of one or several assets from the Asset Location Hierarchy structure.

Once the assets belonging to the system are defined the configuration of the system parameters starts.

This section describes the detailed procedure on configuring an asset or system. Following are the type of available configurations:
